Why this exists
Six mailboxes. Two companies.
A family. A dog.
Sebastian Schieke ran a treasury company for twenty years. Along the way he added an investment company — backing startups as a business angel — and then an AI innovation company. For a stretch, all three ran at once: six email accounts, Teams, WhatsApp, back-to-back meetings. What he needed was a chief of staff — someone who reads everything and says what matters. A good one runs $150K a year; a managed EA is $3,000 a month. That math doesn't work.
So he built one. He closed the treasury company, went all in on AI — and has run PILOT on his own life, in production, every day since. The point was never productivity for its own sake. It was getting the coordination layer out of his head, so the evenings belong to the family. And the dog.
