Your Data Should Work for You
Most AI assistants are black boxes. You put data in, you get answers out, and that is the end of the story. You cannot query your own data. You cannot build on top of it. You cannot connect it to the other tools you use.
PILOT is different. Every piece of data you put into PILOT — every decision, every contact, every briefing, every task — is accessible via API. Your data is yours. Programmatically.
What the API Unlocks
When you generate your API key in the PILOT dashboard, you get access to over 100 endpoints covering everything PILOT knows about your business:
Briefings and Tasks. Pull your morning briefing into a Notion page. Add tasks from a shell script. Mark items complete from your CI/CD pipeline. Query what is due today from a cron job. Knowledge Graph. Search your entire business context — people, companies, projects, decisions — with a single API call. Build custom dashboards. Feed your knowledge graph into other tools. Relationships. Query relationship health scores. Get alerts when key contacts go cold. Pull contact context before a call — from your own script, not just the PILOT app. Webhooks. Subscribe to events like "new briefing ready" or "delegation overdue." Push notifications to Slack, Teams, or any endpoint you control.Built for Founders Who Build
If you are the kind of founder who opens a terminal before opening email, this is for you. PILOT is not just an assistant you talk to — it is infrastructure you build on.
Query your briefing from Claude Code. Pipe your knowledge graph into a custom report. Trigger a delegation reminder from a GitHub Action. Connect PILOT to your CRM via Zapier and never manually log a meeting again.
The API uses standard REST conventions with JSON responses, Bearer token authentication, and predictable pagination. If you have built against Stripe or Linear, you will feel at home.
Why This Matters
Every other AI assistant traps your data inside their UI. You can chat with it, but you cannot export it, query it, or build on it. When you leave, your data stays behind.
PILOT takes the opposite approach. Your data is a platform. The chat interface is one way to access it. The API is another. Zapier is another. A Python script at 6am is another.
Your chief of staff should work wherever you work — including inside your code.
API Access by Plan
API keys are available on the Professional plan ($499/month) and above. Professional includes 10,000 requests per day with full endpoint access. Executive plans get custom rate limits and priority support for integration work.
Every API key is scoped to your encrypted data schema. There is no shared database. Your key can only access your data — by architecture, not by policy.
